Assalamualaikum, we have been taking the different events that we discussed in our last meeting, and assigned jobs to them. For the ice-cream social there would be people who serves the food, takes the order, collect money, make the ice-cream, and someone to check off the orders that have been made. For the cookie day, all we need is for people to bake the cookies and bag them. Then for movie night we will need people to set up the chairs, make popcorn (shifts throughout the movie), and clean up. For bowling, roller skating, and Chuck E Cheese there isn't much to do. All we need to do is plan a date and advertise. The Kohl's gift card we just have buy a card and put money in it (each give $5-10).

Also consider approaching Muslim owned shops or other shops who would be in support of your efforts and putting empty decorated containers at several shops(with their support) with message "collecting lose change for 99 Kids"..and collect it once a week and place with your collections...
